Finally it is important to let you know for peace of mind that we only source our raw product from licensed establishments and that they are government certified. Our products are 100% fresh and we guarantee no antibiotics, fillers or chemical preservatives are added.

Shipping & Delivery
Our dispatch times are anywhere between 1-4 days as we make everything fresh and handmade
Delivery time will be dependent on the location and shipping method chosen between express & regular.

If any of our products are delivered damaged or an error in your delivery has occurred, a refund or exchange will be issued. Please note, the products must be returned unused and in its original packaging. All notifications for refunds & exchanges must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Once the damage or error is confirmed by us, an exchange or refund will be issued to you within seven days.
Storage
For optimal freshness, store your treats in a cool, dry place. We recommend sealing the bag tightly after each use. Some treats may also be refrigerated for extended freshness. Please keep away from Moisture
